PRODUCT ORDERING AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop marinasfashion.gr, constitutes a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as currently in force.
According to the articles of the Greek Civil Code, the visitor of the website has the possibility to conclude a valid order, if he/she is legally capable, has reached the age of eighteen and is not under legal representation for the conclusion of a sales contract. Orders may also be placed by representatives of legal persons. The company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders placed by legally incompetent persons.
PLACING AN ORDER VIA THE ONLINE SHOP
To place an order in our online store, the following are required:

In order to be able to order it is not necessary to be a member of the marinasfashion.gr e-shop, but we would advise you to become a member, as it will make the whole process much easier in any future use of our e-shop. Fill in the form with the username and password you provided during registration and select "JOIN" in the members area. If you are not a member click on the create new account button and fill in an active e-mail account in the new member registration form. The e-mail you provide must exist because our communication will also be done through the e-mail you provided during registration. Even if you do not become a member, you will be asked for personal data such as: billing and shipping address, e-mail, contact phone number, data necessary for the conclusion and completion of the contract between the two parties.

Terms and conditions for product returns
Product returns will be accepted only after consultation with our store.
- The products you wish to return must be intact, unused and in their original packaging to be accepted.
- In any case, the returned products must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer.
- They must be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging, i.e. box or gelatine), without damage and signs of use
- Their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, without damage, stickers, etc.
- For this reason, parcels must be delivered for return in a bag!
- They must be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (e.g. retail receipt, invoice, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you can send it back to us, having first informed us in writing by sending the relevant declaration of withdrawal which is given to him when the order is placed. For more information please read the relevant section Right of withdrawal
Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return of the product.
Right of withdrawal.
The consumer has the right to withdraw without giving a reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, unless a longer period has been agreed, by returning the goods in their original condition, without incurring any costs other than the return costs.
This period shall start from the receipt of the products. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer may complete and send the relevant declaration of withdrawal which is given to him when the order is placed. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to send the product without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the submission of the withdrawal statement. The consumer shall only bear the direct cost of returning the product.
The Company is obliged to refund any payment received from the consumer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund shall be made by the same means of payment as those used by the consumer for the original transaction. In the case of a purchase by cash on delivery or by bank deposit, the consumer must inform the company of the bank account number in order for the money to be refunded. If the price has been charged to the consumer's credit card, the exercise of the right of withdrawal will also result in the termination of the relevant tripartite contract between the consumer, the supplier and the bank, without any compensation. The Company is not obliged to reimburse additional delivery costs if the consumer had expressly chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by the Company.
In case of repeated returns by the same consumer, MARINASFASHION.GR reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of the product due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Art.281 CC).
Return of defective products
In cases in which products of poor and defective quality or by mistake in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged in transit, with poor packaging, etc. were sold through the proven fault of MARINASFASHION.GR, then MARINASFASHION.GR assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account that will be indicated), as well as the costs of reshipment.
In order to determine whether the product is defective you should send us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org photos of the product, showing as detailed as possible the problem, in order to be checked by our store manager. If you send us the product without following the above procedure you will be fully responsible for all the transport costs of the product in addition to those incurred and our company also reserves the right to refuse to accept the product. The conditions of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
Products that cannot be returned
- Products purchased at a promotional price.
- The products of the category 'Pea products/decorations for sanitary purposes
- The products in the category of leggings for hygiene reasons
Consumer refusal to accept delivery
If you place an electronic or telephone order, it is sent to you and for personal reasons you refuse to receive it at the time of delivery, then you will be fully responsible for the shipping costs which are (the cost of sending the order from us to you plus the cost of returning the order from you to us).
You will be notified of the above, by automated email & SMS.
Otherwise, if there is no response from you, our company reserves the right to exercise all its legal rights.
- Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by phone or e-mail, in order to let us know if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. Our company accepts no responsibility for any situation that is beyond its control and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
- In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that one or more products are missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all the details required and send you the products you did not receive at no extra charge.
- Modification of the terms hereof: Our company reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. We reserve the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of our transactions and we undertake to update this document with any changes or additions to the terms and conditions.
- In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and if a long period of time has elapsed since the order was placed), please contact our company.
